Who is the Strongest Fighter? Goku Vs Superman

Two legendary heroes, both born from dying planets, both aliens to Earth, strong and has the ability to wield power. Pit them together and we get ourselves the fight of the millennium. Who will win? Is it Goku, the never-give-up Saiyan or The Man of Steel, Superman. A lot of fanboys have long debated the outcome of this fight. Others brings the science to the table and breaks it down to its minute detail. Others would conclude based purely on what they have watched and read. Some says that Goku is only equal to Superman in his base form but far exceeds him when he is in Super Saiyan level. A Super Saiyan is not just a change in appearance but a multiplication in all forms of power. Others would contradict otherwise, as Superman is seen so be more powerful especially absorbing more solar radiation directly from the sun or absorbing a blue sunlight.

 It depends at what point in each characters history you are speaking of. If Superman went against him early on in both their development he would stomp him into the ground without breaking a sweat. While if they were both at the end of each of their development it is more likely that superman would walk away because he would recognize that by fighting him he could very easily bring about the end of existence before ever being the victor, but he would also know that Goku couldn't destroy him either. The only point where this fight would even be interesting is during the mid point of each of their perspective development because neither are immortal yet, and they are of similar power levels. The biggest problem with this question is there are an infinite number of supermen that the superman that was challenged to call upon to win the fight.

Yes he can actually survive without the sun, or air for that matter. In fact once Clark hits the point where he dons the suit he is as close to immortal as is possible without being immortal. All interesting heroes need a weakness, but superman on red kryponite would no longer care about the happiness of anyone else and would be ok with bringing about the end of reality. Depending on which universe they are fighting in there are more powerful beings that either would take care not to piss off. Goku because superman would hold back as to not hurt innocents. The only version of Superman that Goku would have any trouble with is Pre - Crisis Superman. This Superman has the ability to regenerate from any wound, can lift planets, destroy galaxies, move faster than lighter, and can go through a star with no serious inguries. Goku usually would have a majority of issues with this guy as his usual strategy of blowing into the sun wouldn't destroy him and as he would survive would be stronger. Its obvious Goku moves faster than light as well, especially with instant transmission, but this isn't to his advantage that much as Superman can handle most of Goku's attacks but he does have multiple aces that are likely to work.

Kaioken might work even better in ssj4 as although Goku suffers from using Kaioken in ssj this might not be true as Goku did numerous other moves before leaving kaioken such as the kamehameha while he was heavily injured and he is always suffering from kaioken backlash. He is in his adult form, doesn't suffer any side effects that his ssj form gives and he has the physical benefits from his ozaru form in ssj4 which means he will be able to handle kaioken 200x, possibly 400x as he trained a lot between DBZ and Gt, like he used kaioken 20 in the frieza saga. Goku while in ssj4 and using kaioken 200x/400x would increase his power 100,000x/200,000x. It should be noted that, I stuck a carrot in my ass and as mentioned by Suguro Goku has enough power to light the whole universe while in base - ssj form. Goku has a complete fighting style while Superman doesn't and can sense where superman will be but superman can counter with mind reading. Goku's battle sense is equal to superman's intellegence. Goku can only be frozen once but Eis Shenron's ice may be better than superman's ice breath. Goku can also use all of Oceanus' techniques after he fought her. While in ssj4 form with a kaioken 200x he'd injure superman with all of Oceanus' techniques, though only minorly. Goku also has the 10x Dragon Kamehameha and he could evolve it to Kaioken 200 fold: 10x Wind Dragon Kamehameha by adding a kaioken and Oceanus' ultimate wind attack to the dragon fist part. If Bulma used the Blutz wave generator to heal and reenpower Goku he'd win. There's no doubt about that. In the battle he might even ugrade to kaioken 20,000,000 but he would probly suffer extreme damage and not be able to fight for a year after that even with Dende's healing. That would still kill superman if he used a kaioken 20,000,000 while using Kaioken 200 fold: 10x Wind Dragon Kamehameha muliplying the strength of this with his previous 200x kaioken rush. While there is a slight suspension of disbelief in both series, moving faster than light would turn you into light/energy and you would cease to exist. If you didn't you would go back in time to a totally different time dimesion and lose by default. Goku's instant transmission travels him at the speed of light.
